1. Parties, Scope, and Acceptance


1.1 Parties

This ThriveAlumni Master Policy ("Policy") is a binding agreement between CrownThrive, LLC ("CrownThrive," "we," "our," "us") and any person or entity that applies to, enrolls in, pays for, or accesses ThriveAlumni ("Member," "you").


1.2 Acceptance

By accessing ThriveAlumni or any related pages, dashboards, portals, memberships, events, cohorts, notices, Success Chronicles, leadership tracks, or funding pages, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and agree to this Policy.
  • Agree to related posted policies (Privacy, Cookies, Refund) where applicable.
  • Understand access levels vary by verification status, plan, and pathway.
  • Understand we may update this Policy at any time and continued use means acceptance.


1.3 Global Scope

This Policy applies globally to all ThriveAlumni participation, including access through CrownThrive platforms and successor services.


1.4 Priority of Documents

If there is a conflict, the most specific controls in this order:

  1. A signed written agreement for a specific program, role, or deal.
  2. A platform specific policy page (Refund, Cookie, Privacy).
  3. This ThriveAlumni Master Policy.


2. What ThriveAlumni Is


2.1 Definition

ThriveAlumni is CrownThrive, LLC’s verified alumni and contributor network. It exists to:

  • Recognize builders, early supporters, graduates, and verified contributors.
  • Create structured access to ecosystem opportunities.
  • Protect the integrity of the network through verification, conduct rules, and confidentiality.
  • Provide governed pathways into optional initiatives including ThriveFund, events, cohorts, and leadership tracks.


2.2 What ThriveAlumni Is Not

  • Not a casual directory.
  • Not a promise of funding or partnerships.
  • Not an investment product.
  • Not a nonprofit or charity program.


3. CrownThrive Ecosystem Alignment


3.1 The Convergent Ecosystem

CrownThrive is a Convergent Ecosystem designed to help builders discover, build, launch, grow, govern, and reinforce outcomes across multiple industries.


3.2 Thrive Flywheel Role

ThriveAlumni is the continuity layer in the Thrive Flywheel where contribution becomes recognized influence and results become repeatable systems:


  • Discover: access points, audiences, directories
  • Build: education, tools, automation
  • Launch: activation through services, media, and events
  • Grow: analytics, ads, retention loops
  • Govern: standards, ethics, policy
  • Reinforce: alumni outcomes, mentorship, reinvestment


3.3 Corridors and Systems

ThriveAlumni intersects with CrownThrive corridors and systems including:


  • CrownThriveU: learning corridor (courses, training, credentials)
  • CrownThrive Impact Institute (CII): labs, cohorts, challenges, real world incubator pathways
  • Hybrid Incubator: flexible build support managed operationally through the Collab Portal
  • Cultural Imprint Engine (CIE): standards for alignment, integrity, and measurable cultural impact
  • CHLOM: compliance and licensing governance architecture owned by CrownThrive, LLC
  • MM Suites and SuitePros: ecosystem corridors when offered and published

3.4 Ownership Rule

Joining ThriveAlumni, participating in cohorts, or being incubated does not grant CrownThrive ownership in your business, brand, or IP by default.

  • Ownership only happens if you voluntarily enter a separate written deal.
  • ThriveFund participation is optional.


4. Eligibility, Verification, and Standing


4.1 Eligibility Pathways

You may be eligible through one or more of the following:

  • Program Graduation: approved CrownThriveU or CII pathway
  • Verified Contribution: documented contribution to CrownThrive platforms, campaigns, or operations
  • Partner and Operator Roles: approved instructors, advisors, builders, vendors
  • Legacy and Early Support: verified early supporters with material impact


4.2 Verification Standards

Verification may include identity checks, verification documents (including PDF uploads), graduation records, portfolio review, role confirmation, and integrity screening.


4.3 Member Standing

Standing may include labels such as:

  • Verified Alumni
  • Verified Contributor
  • Program Graduate
  • Mentor or Instructor
  • Builder or Operator


Standing affects access, privileges, and eligibility for specific pathways.


4.4 Sole Discretion

CrownThrive retains sole discretion to approve, deny, pause, or revoke eligibility or standing based on verification, integrity, conduct, compliance, and risk.


5. Member Pathways and Stage System


5.1 Stage System

The platform may use stage labels to describe a member’s journey.

Examples shown in platform flows:

  • Seedling
  • Sprout
  • Builder
  • Growth
  • Trailblazer
  • Legacy Leader


Stages are internal classification and progression markers, not guarantees of outcomes.


5.2 Industry Tracks

Members may be categorized by industry tracks for discoverability and collaboration. Examples shown in platform flows include:

  • Business and Startups
  • Finance and Wealth
  • Innovation and Technology
  • Marketing and Branding
  • Leadership and Governance
  • Education and Mentorship
  • Community and Events
  • Operations and Logistics
  • Arts, Culture and Media
  • Health and Wellness (and additional tracks as published)


5.3 Accuracy of Profiles

You must provide accurate, current information. Falsified details may result in suspension or removal.


6. Legacy Memberships


6.1 Purpose

Legacy Memberships are premium paid plans intended to deepen access and long term alignment with ThriveAlumni.


6.2 Plans

Pricing and durations may change. The live plan pricing on ThriveAlumni controls.

Monthly

  • Bronze Legacy Member: 250.00 per month

Multi Month

  • Silver Legacy Member: 2000.00 per 6 months

Annual and Multi Year

  • Gold Legacy Member: 5000.00 per 1 year
  • Platinum Legacy Member: 12000.00 per 2 years
  • Diamond Legacy Member: 22000.00 per 3 years
  • Titanium Legacy Member: 35000.00 per 4 years
  • Black Legacy Member: 50000.00 per 5 years


6.3 Renewals and Cancellation

Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription status through your account.


6.4 No Guarantee

Legacy Memberships provide access, not guarantees. CrownThrive does not guarantee funding approval, revenue, partnerships, employment, or audience outcomes.


7. Payments, Billing, and Refund Rules


7.1 Fees

Some ThriveAlumni features require fees including membership plans, cohorts, certifications, events, upgraded access, and nomination submissions.


7.2 No Refund Rule

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written refund policy for a specific offering, payments are final and non refundable except where required by law.


7.3 Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account suspension and legal enforcement.


8. Cohorts, Graduation, and Hybrid Incubator


8.1 Cohorts and Programs

CrownThrive may offer cohorts, labs, classes, and incubator tracks through CrownThriveU and CII. These may include instruction, milestones, assignments, deliverables, and practical build requirements.


8.2 Graduation Requirements

Graduation may require participation thresholds, deliverable completion, passing evaluations, compliance with conduct rules, and submission of a capstone, portfolio, or milestone.


8.3 Graduation Into ThriveAlumni

Approved pathways may graduate participants into ThriveAlumni standing and benefits.


8.4 Hybrid Incubator Operations

The Hybrid Incubator is flexible and managed through the Collab Portal.


  • Support may include systems buildout, governance alignment, operating frameworks, distribution pathways, and ecosystem placements.

  • Incubator participation does not create ownership by CrownThrive unless you sign a separate written deal.


9. ThriveFund Contribution Policy


9.1 ThriveFund Overview

ThriveFund is CrownThrive’s contribution based initiative enabling community support for vetted campaigns and ecosystem aligned projects.


9.2 Contribution Definition

Contributions are voluntary financial offerings with no expectation of return.

  • Contributions are final and non refundable.
  • Contributions are not tax deductible.
  • CrownThrive is a for profit company. ThriveFund is not a charity platform.


9.3 Admin Fee Cap

CrownThrive may charge an administrative platform fee to cover compliance, review, processing, and operations.

  • Standard admin fee is capped at 10 percent unless otherwise disclosed for a specific campaign type or payment rail.
  • Payment processor fees may apply separately.


9.4 Preselected and Verified Partners

Where campaigns route funds to partner organizations, CrownThrive distributes contributions only to preselected and verified partners based on compliance, brand safety, and operational integrity.


9.5 Campaign Requirements (When Offered)

Campaign applications may require verified ThriveAlumni standing, a completed profile, clear goals, and a Success Chronicles article tied to the campaign’s purpose.


9.6 Enforcement

Misuse of funds, falsification, or deception may result in suspension, ecosystem wide restrictions, and legal enforcement.


10. Events Policy


10.1 Purpose

ThriveAlumni events support in person, virtual, and hybrid gatherings aligned with CrownThrive’s mission.


10.2 Who Can Host

  • Verified ThriveAlumni members
  • CrownThrive brand and platform leaders
  • Approved ecosystem partners


10.3 Hosting Options

Self Hosted: You manage setup and delivery. Standard ticketing fees apply as posted.

Collab Hosted: Submit event proposals through the Collab Portal. CrownThrive may support logistics, ticketing, and promotion. Any facilitation fee and payout timeline must be disclosed at submission or in the event work order terms.


10.4 Refund Windows and Cancellations

Event refund rules and cancellation windows may vary by event and must be disclosed on the event page or in the event’s policy snippet.


11. Governance and Nominations


11.1 Governance Framework

ThriveAlumni includes structured leadership pathways under CrownThrive governance.


11.2 Organizational Structure

  • Board of Directors (Permanent): ultimate authority over strategic and fiduciary decisions
  • Executive Committee: day to day execution and growth
  • Advisory Committee: subject matter guidance


11.3 Committees and Leadership Areas

Examples reflected in platform navigation include:

  • Board Members
  • Candidates
  • Executive
  • Advisory
  • Judicial Oversight and Special Investigations
  • Nominations and Elections
  • Compensation and Honorarium
  • Member Engagement and Ethics
  • Innovation and Growth

11.4 Founders’ Authority

Only the Founders of CrownThrive, LLC may remove any Board or Committee member outright, for any reason, at any time. Any other removal pathway requires a minimum two thirds approval by the Founders in addition to any other required vote.


11.5 Nominations and Elections

Only verified members in good standing may nominate or be nominated where voting is offered. Nomination fees are non refundable.


12. Confidentiality, NDA, and Restricted Materials


12.1 Confidential Information

Confidential information includes non public roadmaps, playbooks, pricing strategies, internal documents, governance materials, security configurations, and any material labeled confidential.


12.2 NDA Requirement

Certain resources and portals require acceptance of an NDA or confidentiality agreement as a condition of access.


12.3 Prohibited Actions

You may not leak restricted materials, scrape or mirror private content, reverse engineer proprietary systems, or bypass access controls.


13. Intellectual Property and Platform Use Rights


13.1 Ownership

All platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property within ThriveAlumni are owned by CrownThrive, LLC or its licensors.


13.2 No License Granted

Except for limited platform use rights, no license or ownership is granted to you. You may not use CrownThrive branding, trademarks, templates, frameworks, or systems outside permitted scope without written approval.


13.3 Member Content

Member submitted content remains owned by the Member unless otherwise stated. By submitting content, you grant CrownThrive a worldwide, royalty free license to host, display, distribute, and promote it within the ecosystem consistent with platform settings and applicable policies.


14. Privacy, Data Use, and Third Parties


14.1 Privacy Policy Controls

Use of ThriveAlumni is governed by the posted Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.


14.2 Security

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches.


14.3 Third Party Integrations

Some services rely on third party tools such as payment processors and hosting providers. CrownThrive is not responsible for third party data handling practices.


15. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification


15.1 No Guarantees

ThriveAlumni facilitates networking and opportunities but does not guarantee outcomes.


15.2 As Is and As Available

Services are provided as is and as available.


15.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrownThrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to ThriveAlumni participation.


15.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CrownThrive harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.


16. Updates, Enforcement, Termination, and Contact


16.1 Updates

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use equals acceptance.


16.2 Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, harassment, threats, exploitation, IP theft, confidentiality violations, security bypass attempts, platform abuse, or scams.


16.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia where permitted by law unless otherwise required.
