1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to ThriveAlumni, a platform operated by CrownThrive, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any membership, service, or product through ThriveAlumni, you agree to this policy. All transactions are final, and refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined below.


2. No Refund Policy

2.1 All Payments Are Final: ThriveAlumni operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reversed for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or voluntary account cancellation.
  • Inactivity or non-use of services.
  • Failure to meet membership eligibility after approval.
  • Loss of interest in the platform or its offerings.
  • User dissatisfaction with services or features.

2.2 No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a membership. If a user cancels their account before the subscription term ends, access remains active until the expiration date, after which the account will be closed.


3. Subscription & Automatic Renewals

3.1 Billing & Renewals: Paid memberships and subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before renewal to avoid additional charges.

3.2 Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the membership will remain active until the end of the paid term. No refunds will be issued for time remaining after cancellation.

3.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed against ThriveAlumni payments may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. Users are encouraged to contact contact@crownthrive.com to resolve payment concerns before initiating a dispute.


4. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases at ThriveAlumni’s sole discretion, including:

  1. Duplicate Charges: If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same membership or service, ThriveAlumni will issue a refund for the duplicate amount.
  2. Technical Billing Errors: If a technical error results in an overcharge, ThriveAlumni will correct the issue and refund the excess amount.
  3. Unauthorized Transactions: In cases of verified fraud or unauthorized access, a refund may be granted after a thorough investigation.


5. Membership Termination & Forfeiture of Fees

5.1 Account Suspension or Termination: ThriveAlumni reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates Terms and Conditions, community guidelines, or engages in fraudulent activity. If an account is terminated due to misconduct, no refund will be provided for any remaining membership period.

5.2 Voluntary Cancellation: Users who voluntarily cancel their accounts will retain access to their membership until the expiration of the current billing cycle, after which the account will be deactivated. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.


6. Changes to This Policy

ThriveAlumni reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of ThriveAlumni after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
